Dice

My mom collected dice as a kid..... I never knew that until today when I saw a huge basket filled w/
six-sided dice. They were all colors and sizes, I just knew I had to take some pictures!

                     This dice reminds me of mint-chip ice cream {it's actually  supposed to glow in the dark}

                                    I love the sepia and the little tiny dice on top of the tower.....

 These dice remind me of pink lemonade

                                                                         Red dice!

Since Monday, we've been cleaning the upstairs of our barn {it was a pit before!} and we found some old video recorder tapes from the late 1990's that Mommy had recorded video from her video camera she carried around alot when I was little.

And so while we ate lunch we watched one of the old tapes and we saw me as a to year old, my Grandma Cindy {Mommy's Mom who died last year}and my Grandpa Doug {who was Daddy's dad and died in about 2003, I hardly remember him} but we saw all of our family {aunt's uncles, and cousins} all younger by 12 years and moving around living their lives.

My mom kept scrapbooks when us kids were younger and we all have them memorized, many of the pages have what we saw moving on the television screen. It was like a moving scrapbook. It was so cool!

So this afternoon we watched a ton of videos Mommy has taken; we watched Mommy ad Daddy's wedding, and the CChristmas tape from 1998 and another tape from July 1998. It was so neat to see Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Doug moving, talking and living their lives with the rest of us on the tape. So, it almost feels like I've taken a trip in the "Imagination Station" :)

That's all for now..... Play practice tonight :P We are doing the whole Act II which is my favorite! :)

There was a open horse show today and alot of people came! It was a lot of fun....watching the horses... visiting with friends.... and horse people doing what they love to do.

G and M showed {horses} today aswell. M did leadline {the little kid sits on the horse and the big kid leads the horse. The little kid has to talk to the judge and tell her/him how old the horse is, what color it is and what's it's name} G did English Showmanship and Trail In-Hand. And she got 2nd place on the showmanship and 1ston the trail in-hand! :) She did very well considering this was only her second show.

Here are some pictures I took around the horse show and the fairgrounds. pssst, the horse show was held at our county fair grounds. It was so empty if you're used to the fairgrounds being noisy and crowded. ;)

Speed! :)

My horse show read, it was very good!

Well, that's all on the horse show.....My grandpa Dave leaves today to go back to IN were he lives. :(
Daddy and Grandpa got a lot done on the deck this past week. I can't wait to go out on there and do whatever. :) It'd be fun to have friends over and camp-out there. Yeah, that sounds like a good idea!

We watched Second Hand Lions last night.....wow. That was  a really good movie! D, M and T cried because the lion died and every one almost/ or basically at the death of the uncles.

I highly recomend this movie! :)

Bye for now. TTYL {Talk to you later!}
